Working in 360 degrees produces a huge stage within the frame, and I found as I worked over the years that tourists tended to fill that stage with fascinating little stories of human interaction. I call this work “Street Photography in the Round”.

Street photography can be defined as “photography conducted for artistic purposes that features unrestricted chance encounters and random incidents within public places”. It is these encounters and incidents that fill in the chosen frames and often provide an energetic contrast to the monuments around them.
There is a lot of detail within these images, so I hope you take time to inspect them closely.
